Insurance Sales Representative

Farmers Insurance District 44-14 in Atlanta is seeking two seasoned insurance sales producers, with a verifiable track record of success for an agency in Kennesaw with tremendous potential to be a top agency nationally.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of demonstrated insurance sales experience; approximately 5-8 years preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license; Life insurance license strongly preferred.
• Proven success selling and bundling Home + Auto and developing multi-policy households.
• Demonstrated new-business production and closing ability.
• Experience generating business through referrals, prospecting, networking and centers of influence - not solely company-provided leads.
• Strong CRM, pipeline-management and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to sell value rather than compete exclusively on price.
• Life production experience preferred; Commercial production experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong personal accountability and ability to perform effectively in a remote, production-driven environment.
• Ability to attend initial onsite training in Kennesaw and periodic required in-person meetings.
• Be prepared to discuss recent production in measurable terms, including new households, Home policies, Auto policies, Home/Auto bundles, new-business premium, quote-to-bind performance, self-generated business, referrals, Life production and Commercial production.
• Candidates may be asked to substantiate performance through appropriate redacted production reports, performance records, awards or professional references. No confidential customer information should be provided.
