Are you a strategic builder who loves turning local insights into national momentum? TurboTenant is looking for a Director of Local Marketing to architect, own, and scale our go-to-market local playbook from a handful of key regions into a powerhouse national footprint. This isn’t just about buying billboards or managing budgets; it’s about taking complete ownership of how TurboTenant shows up in physical and digital communities across the country.
In this role, you’ll serve as the decision-maker for our local growth strategy, balancing out-of-home media, local SEO, community partnerships, and demand generation. You will partner fluidly across Product Marketing, Sales, Performance, and Escalations to build repeatable systems that accelerate market profitability and solidify TurboTenant as the premier property management platform in every neighborhood we touch.
