The Grants Manager supports the mission of the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law by leading and supporting the full grant lifecycle to help sustain and grow the organization’s mission-driven work. As a member of the leadership team, this role combines project management, compliance, and writing to ensure accurate reporting and effective stewardship of public and private funding. The salary range for this full-time, exempt position is $75,000–$86,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Key responsibilities include identifying and researching public and private grant opportunities aligned with the Buhai Center’s mission and goals; developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals, reports, invoices, and other funder communications; managing grant calendars, compliance deadlines, records, and tracking systems; collaborating with staff, accounting, and consultants to collect data and prepare required documentation; and serving as the primary point of contact for grant funders, including coordinating site visits,
audits, and other funder communications.
Compensation
The salary range for this full-time, exempt position is $75,000–$86,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Location & Schedule
