Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our U.S. Human Resources team in Silicon Valley, primarily supporting recruiting across Latin America, including Mexico and Brazil

. The ideal candidate brings strong LATAM recruiting experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and cross-cultural environment.

This is a full-time position based on-site at XPENG’s Santa Clara office five days per week.
