Truck Team Member / Customer Experience Lead:
Master route sales, hands-on customer interactions, and daily truck operations.

Coach junior teammates, manage daily route efficiency, and run field operations.

What We’re Looking For
Age & Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
Physical Capability: Active, high-energy, and able to repeatedly lift 50–75+ lbs throughout an active shift.
Schedule Availability: Full-time availability (4–5 shifts per week, including 1 mandatory weekend shift).
Customer-First Mindset: Outgoing, personable, reliable, and excited to communicate with customers and close sales.
Growth Mindset: Coachable, competitive, and driven by performance-based earnings.
