Our Memory Care Coordinator shares responsibility for overseeing and supporting the care of our memory care residents. Assist in maintaining resident's health and well-being in a home-like safe environment. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, take-charge leader who will ensure that our residents are engaged each and every day.
