Opportunities Available
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team during the Summer of 2026. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across digital marketing and related commercial marketing functions, where you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop professional skills and contribute to impactful business initiatives.
In addition to supporting digital marketing activities, the internship is designed to provide a broad understanding of communications strategies, processes and tools, with exposure to Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, Tradeshow & Events, Marketing Technology and other commercial functions that support customer engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities include supporting the execution of Stryker Joint Replacement's digital marketing strategy; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns; tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations; researching and monitoring industry trends to identify engagement opportunities; and contributing to projects across a variety of communications initiatives.

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
What You Need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.) for business purposes.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics is a plus.
