Opportunity
As Recruitment Analyst, Multi-Level Hiring at Brunswick Group, you will play a critical role in attracting and securing talent for our growing Americas region. This is a high-impact, strategically critical role for the firm, collaborating closely with our broader recruitment, people, and operations teams to stay on the front foot of vetting talent, building thoughtful engagement and long-term relationships.
In this role, you will provide strategic insights and market mapping, partnering with Recruiting Managers and hiring leaders to fill key strategic hiring priorities across sectors and practices in the U.S. This role will ideally be based in Dallas.
About the Role
Conduct ongoing research to build talent pipelines across levels and U.S. offices, aligned to priority sectors, practices, and skills as set by hiring leaders.
