ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate Business Analyst at Equus Software, you will be part of the Global Client Success team. The focus of the role is to provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client’s technical requirements working as a team. You will do this by supporting a team of business and senior business analysts.
You will assist the team in providing solutions through the onboarding of the Equus Workforce Solutions which require ongoing technical configuration, troubleshooting, replication of application issues, testing of system upgrades, as well as keeping current on the most recent application enhancements.
