Join our growing field team as a part-time Brand Ambassador, representing OSEA at retail partners including Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom. We are looking for someone with strong beauty retail experience who is confident on the selling floor, loves skincare, and enjoys connecting with customers and store teams.
The ideal candidate has experience in beauty retail, is comfortable driving sales through genuine customer interaction, and can independently support and execute in-store events and activations. They should feel at home in a busy retail environment and be able to quickly build relationships with store leadership and associates. Existing relationships with Ulta Beauty and/or Nordstrom store teams are highly valued.
Requirements
- Share the OSEA brand story and confidently educate customers and store teams on our products, ingredients, and approach to skincare
- Drive sales through genuine customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong product knowledge
