This leadership role is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital improvement projects from initiation through closeout. The Senior Project Manager provides strategic oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with district objectives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced owner's representative with a strong background in public sector or educational facilities construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead all phases of assigned capital improvement projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.
Develop and implement project execution strategies that align with District goals, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities while ensuring technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification.
Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or other relevant professional licensure.

Compensation Range:
$170,537.75 - $194,900.29
