The Lead Business Operations Analyst is a seasoned subject matter expert who drives operational excellence across Disney Experiences by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable insights and plans. In this lead role, you will connect data, processes, and people to support technology-enabled initiatives that enhance guest and consumer experiences across theme parks, resorts, cruise, retail, and other lines of business.
