This position operates within a digitally driven fabrication workflow utilizing BIM-generated spool drawings, fabrication documents, work packages, production schedules, labor plans, and performance metrics. The Pipefitter Superintendent provides overall leadership for assigned fabrication and assembly areas by establishing priorities, aligning labor and equipment resources, monitoring production performance, and ensuring planned work is executed safely and effectively.
The Superintendent leads Pipefitter Foremen and production employees while coordinating pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, skids, pipe racks, header systems, modules, and other prefabricated assemblies. The role works closely with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Workforce Development to verify readiness, identify constraints, resolve issues, and support production commitments.
