Job Description
Job Summary**
Lead and manage a team within Quality Operations, ensuring adherence to General Motors Manufacturing System (GMS) principles and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. This role focuses on optimizing quality performance and achieving operational excellence. Quality Operations Group Leader is responsible for maintaining all end of line quality processes while working with Operations team to achieve schedule, in a safe work environment.
Job Responsibilities**
- Supervise and mentor a team of UAW-represented Tradespeople, providing guidance and fostering a culture of high performance and problem-solving with Safety as our overriding priority.
