Work Flexibility: Hybrid
As a Senior Systems Business Architect within the EDT Service Delivery SAP department, you will play a key role in supporting Stryker’s business operations across multiple divisions. You’ll work independently to maintain and enhance SAP ERP solutions, understand evolving business needs, and develop solutions that support those requirements. In this role, you’ll also manage strategic partners, monitor Run KPIs, and ensure solutions remain aligned with business needs and organizational standards.
You’ll be responsible for guiding solutions through design, development, enhancements, and deployment while ensuring solution integrity and a smooth implementation across Stryker sites. This is an opportunity to contribute to key strategic projects in a dynamic environment while collaborating with business and technology partners. The role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development based on your interests, motivation, and strengths.
This hybrid role can be based out of our Kalamazoo, MI or Mahwah, NJ offices.
