Job Details:
Position Summary:
This position includes, but is not limited to, gathering and washing equipment according to specifications and using/operating equipment to include, but is not limited to, racks and sticks.
Responsibilities:
- Keep all areas of the smokehouse department clean to include the following: Clean floors, walls, and ceilings with chemicals.
- Clean lights, floor scales, waste meat containers, and doors.
- Keep all department equipment cleaned and properly stored.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
- Chemically clean racks and sticks.
- Comply with certification for chemicals.
- Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
