Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative who will play a vital role in successfully delivering complex private and public development projects. You will ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality standards by closely coordinating with contractors, municipal agencies, and internal teams. Your leadership in supervising inspectors, managing bids, and supporting permitting will directly impact project outcomes and client satisfaction.
