Job Summary:
This role is responsible for all facilities needs in a given region. This position will be responsible for 75 - 125 individual properties. This role will assist in the coordination of projects aligned to the retail division including new stores, remodels, relocations, acquisitions and closing stores. Maintains relationships and coordinates work with facilities vendors on behalf of the retail company owned stores. Must thrive in a challenging and fast paced atmosphere where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm.
