Job Description.
The Role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will develop coordinated talent and workforce plans for our global supply chain and sustainability organizations of approximately 600 employees across logistics, planning, and ESG. As a trusted advisor to primarily VP leaders, this individual will apply deep HR, business, and organizational expertise to address complex cross-functional challenges, strengthen workforce capability, and translate enterprise strategy into action.
The role will also coach and support HRBPs across countries or regions and direct resources for major talent and organizational initiatives, regardless of formal reporting lines.
