Purpose of Job :
The Office Associate effectively operates the front desk position for the distributorship, including phones, paperwork, and general accounting. This role performs all administrative duties supporting distributor operations.
Job Components:
Accurately maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable including auditing, paying and filing vendor invoices according to company policy and procedure, collections, preparing customer invoices, purchase orders and delivery tickets accurately and timely.
