The Building Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for completing maintenance tasks to preserve the quality of a facility. Their duties include conducting routine maintenance checks, maintaining structures, Roofs, Floors, Drains, Windows and Doors.
How you will make contributions that matter...
Performs repair and preventive maintenance on facilities including but not limited to: Masonry, Roofing (EPDM), carpentry, electrical, painting, dry walling, plumbing, HVAC, door hardware, etc.
Repairs electrical switches, outlets, lighting systems and fixtures
Performs advanced level plumbing work including the installation, repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters and pipes; clears obstructions from drains, water and sewer lines
