As Director, Global Small Medium Business (GSMB) Field Sales Enablement, you will help shape how we bring that mission to life for one of our largest and most dynamic customer segments—leading the strategy, execution, and field enablement that help SMB customers grow and succeed in the AI era.
This is a high-impact role at the center of Microsoft’s SMB growth agenda. You will lead the design and evolution of the SMB field sales roles and coverage model, building the capacity, orchestration, skilling, and AI-enabled capabilities required for field success. You will drive year-round community execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement through integrated field feedback and market insights.
This role offers exceptional visibility across Microsoft and field sales teams. Foremost, you will influence how our field leaders and teams go to market and meet the important business needs of Global SMB customers.
