Overview
Our team’s mission is to make Windows the most trusted platform for business and life. The Trust Experience and Compliance (TEC) team is helping transform how trust and compliance are built into Windows by developing AI-driven solutions that simplify complex engineering processes and enable teams to build trustworthy products at scale.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver AI-powered engineering solutions that improve how Windows engineering teams navigate trust and compliance workflows. You will apply modern AI capabilities and strong software engineering fundamentals to transform complex processes, improve engineering efficiency, and help teams build Windows experiences responsibly at scale.
In this role, you will work across engineering and product disciplines, solve complex technical problems, and help shape the technical direction of AI-enabled solutions used across Windows. This is an opportunity to combine software engineering, AI, and large-scale platform development to help strengthen customer trust in Windows.
