Dental Front Desk - New York City

Join our prestigious dental practice in Manhattan as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator! We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to our patients. This position plays a key role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors. We are placing in our Upper East Side office and our downtown Greenwich Village office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
• Verify insurance information and process payments efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist the dental team in coordinating patient flow and ensuring timely treatment
• We offer a dynamic work environment and are dedicated to continuous growth and excellence.
• Salary: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience, plus full benefits.
• Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30 -5:30, NO WEEKENDS

Requirements

• 2+ years prior experience in a dental front desk role is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in patient information.
