Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This role is ideal for someone with a warm, charismatic personality who excels at building trust, overcoming objections, and presenting treatment plans in a way that helps patients understand the value of their oral health. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences are essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

$28 - $38 per hour plus monthly bonuses plus benefits

Office Hours:

• Mon - Thu 9:00 - 5:00
• Fri 9:00 - 1:00
• Sat 8:00 - 2:00

You will have a 40-hour schedule within this, with some Saturdays.

Requirements

• Dental Treatment Coordinator experience
• Billingual - English/Spanish is a MUST
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Team player with a strong desire to help others.
