Position Summary
The Bid Coordinator supports the estimating and preconstruction team by managing the administrative, technical, and coordination aspects of the bid process for mechanical and plumbing construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining bid schedules, preparing bid documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant proposal submissions.
