ABOUT THE ROLE
The Site Leader is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and day-to-day operations of the facility. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role provides direction across production, quality, engineering, planning, and materials while ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company objectives.
As the senior on-site leader, the Site Leader is accountable for operational performance, customer delivery, workforce development, and continuous improvement, and driving site results through effective leadership, execution, and development of a high-performing team.
