Machine Operator – $18.50/Hour | 3rd Shift
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Workweek
Looking for a 4-day workweek and a long-term manufacturing opportunity? We are hiring dependable Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing metal products.
- Pay: $18.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Get Paid to Learn a Skilled Manufacturing Job
No previous machine operating experience? That's okay! Training is provided.
New hires will train on 1st shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks to learn the equipment, production processes, and safety procedures.
You must be available for the full training schedule before moving to 3rd shift.
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing machinery
- Load and unload materials
- Monitor equipment during production
- Make basic machine adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Follow safety and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with your team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work the required training schedule
- Schedule & Pay
- Pay: $18.50/hour
- Training: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks
- Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
