The IT Product Lead – Digital Marketing and eCommerce is responsible for defining and executing the digital marketing technology strategy that supports commercial growth, customer engagement, demand generation, product marketing, and e-commerce across a global agriscience and crop protection business.
This role will serve as the primary technology partner to Commercial related business processes and Digital teams. The IT Product Lead owns the product roadmap, delivery, operations, governance, and continuous evolution of digital marketing platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and B2B platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud).
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable expertise in digital marketing technologies, commercial business processes, customer experience platforms, and enterprise product management. The individual must demonstrate an ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable technology solutions that support growers, retailers, distributors, agronomists, channel partners, and internal commercial users.
