The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facility, equipment, and mechanical systems in safe and reliable operating condition. This position takes a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting the continuous operation of the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand and follow guidelines, instructions, and procedures established by the Facility Manager/Supervisor, including all mandatory Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Inspect facility systems, equipment, and components to identify necessary repairs, maintenance needs, and potential safety concerns.
Build, install, modify, and repair items such as office furniture, fixtures, partitions, racking, counters, doors, fences, and gates to meet facility and operational needs.
