About the Opportunity
Walker Consultants is seeking a Structural Engineering Intern to join our Minneapolis office for Summer 2027. This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and consultants on a variety of structural design, restoration, forensic, and building envelope projects.
As part of our Minneapolis team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting project development from investigation and design through construction administration and field observation. You'll collaborate with engineers and project managers, apply engineering concepts to real-world projects, and develop technical skills that will help lay the foundation for a successful career in structural engineering.
The Minneapolis office serves clients throughout the Upper Midwest and offers exposure to a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with Project Engineers and Project Managers to support project design and documentation.
