About the job
The Development Pipeline and Business Operation (DPBO) team supports land acquisitions and data center leasing through data integrity oversight, development of standard operating procedures, policies and best practices, and deployment of AI tools aimed at streamlining the agreement flow. Members of the team contribute at each milestone, from site selection/intake/origination, through approvals, on to asset management.
As markets shift, and business needs evolve, DPBO is at the frontline, adjusting course so the greater Data Center Investments and Development (DCID) team can respond.
