Our Growth team’s mission is to accelerate short-form video adoption and habitual engagement by optimizing the end-to-end viewer funnel across YouTube’s largest mobile discovery surfaces.
As a Senior Product Manager for YouTube Shorts Growth, you will own top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and conversion workstreams across YouTube’s core surfaces. You will operate as a quantitative growth leader—diagnosing funnel friction, identifying immediate tactical levers, and designing self-reinforcing growth loops that convert viewer intent into active, habitual short-form viewing sessions.
