Position Summary
The Process Improvement Prog Mgr Sr leads enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, patient safety, and outcomes in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include educating, coaching, and mentoring process improvement (PI) team members in addition to all MHS employees; designing and executing scalable improvement strategies; conducting large-scale data analysis and workflow assessments; and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions.
