Position Purpose:
Pro Assistant Sales Manager (PASM) in Training are gaining hands-on experience in the responsibilities and functions of the Pro Assistant Sales Manager role. Throughout their training, PASMs in Training will become familiar with Manager on Duty responsibilities and will learn to oversee the in-store Pro Department Operations to ensure the successful execution of key programs that enhance customer service, and store presentation.
Training will focus on driving profitability and mitigating shrinkage by managing associates and operations to meet sales goals, ensuring product availability, and maintaining Pro standards. PASMs in Training will collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers (ASMs), and field leaders to learn, develop and implement strategies that boost sales and profitability, creating actionable game plans for departmental success, managing direct reports, and ensuring smooth department operations.
