Ice Miller is seeking a business litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sophisticated business disputes involving corporate governance, ownership, fiduciary duties, and transactions.
Relevant experience may include disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including matters involving purchase agreements, earn-outs, indemnification claims, post-closing adjustments, representations and warranties, valuation issues, or related post-transaction claims. Familiarity with Delaware corporate law or Delaware courts is preferred, but this position can be located in any of the listed offices.
