Role Overview

As a D2C Account Executive at Villa, you will be the front-line ambassador for a company that is changing housing. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will guide homeowners from the contact all the way to a signed contract for their new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

This is a full time remote role that reports to the Head of Consumer Sales.

What You'll Do:: Full-Cycle Pipeline Management:

• Manage the entire direct-to-consumer sale and design process, from initial lead intake and qualification through deposit and final contract.
• Consultation & Feasibility: Provide expert consultation to customers to evaluate project feasibility and cost, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam to build initial site plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Product, Project Management, Construction Management and BizOps teams to align on feasibility, timelines, and customer expectations, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to execution.
• Consultative Sales Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, utilizing a deep understanding of our product to actively listen to their needs and guide them toward the best ADU solution for their property.
• CRM & Reporting: Diligently update Salesforce with correct information, maintain fullknowledge of the target prospect base, and report KPIs to sales leadership.

What You Have:: Experience:

3-5+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for full-cycle, high-ticket D2C sales. A background in homebuilding, real estate, or construction sales is a strong plus.

Drive & Initiative:

You are a highly motivated sales professional and a true self-starter. You operate with a strong sense of urgency and possess an unrelenting drive to move the business forward on a daily basis.

Character:

A track record of personal accountability, high integrity, and resilience in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you enjoy interacting with people via phone, email, and social media to gain their trust.

Technical Skills:

Strong computer skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce, alongside the ability to draft clear communications that demonstrate attention to detail.

Team Orientation:

A team player with a strong desire to help reinforce and improve internal processes, and a desire to learn and grow.

Coachability:

Receptive to feedback with the willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement.
