Currently, Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is recruiting for a Director of Clinical Services, Fulltime, Monday-Friday 8a-4p.
The Director of Clinical Services will oversee the daily operations of the Social Services Department.
Duties would include:
- Supervises staff: Hires, trains, develops, evaluates, and leads teams of therapists and MSWs.
Oversees patient care: Ensures that treatments meet high standards and are in accordance with program description. Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and their family members.
