The Role at a Glance
The Director of Environmental Health and Safety provides agency-wide leadership and strategic direction for TEEX safety, occupational health, emergency medical support, environmental compliance, emergency management, and business continuity programs. The EHS Director leads and develops managers and professional staff, establishes departmental goals and performance expectations, manages resources and budgets, and promotes a positive work environment grounded in safety, teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
