Our client is a profitable, self-funded B2C subscription SaaS company operating primarily in the US market. Founded in France in 2019, the company evolved from a browser-based product into a high-scale mobile subscription business generating mid-6-figure monthly revenue. Its products help consumers and their families stay safe from phishing, online scams, identity theft, spam, and other online threats.

The company operates with a lean, high-performance, AI-first structure - under 10 people excluding developers - and is deeply focused on monetization and unit economics. It is now building an internal creative function to support its next stage of growth in the US market.

About the Role

The company is looking for a hands-on Senior Creative Strategist to own performance creative strategy and script development, with a primary focus on Meta advertising. This is a new role for a senior practitioner who combines strategic thinking with direct execution and will help build the creative function from the ground up.

This is a personal-execution role, not a management position. The successful candidate will personally research, develop, and write scripts - not delegate this to a team. Direct collaboration with the founders, video producers, motion designers, and product team is expected daily.

The team is looking for someone who identifies winning creative angles independently, writes the scripts themselves, and carries a concept from idea through to a finished, tested asset.

What You'll Do

• Analyze competitor advertising, market trends, and the performance of existing creatives.
• Develop new creative angles, hooks, narratives, and testing hypotheses for Meta campaigns.
• Write persuasive direct-response scripts from initial concept through final production brief.
• Turn creative ideas into clear briefs for video producers and motion designers.
• Guide creative production and ensure final assets match the intended concept and message.
• Monitor creative performance and translate results into the next testing cycle.
• Connect creative messaging with funnels, landing experiences, and paywalls.
• Help build a repeatable creative workflow and, as the function grows, help hire additional scriptwriting support.

What We're Looking For

• Required
• Currently employed at a company within the Genesis ecosystem (SKELAR, Headway, BetterMe, OBRIO, Boosters, Promova, appflame, AMO, Universe, Jiji, HOLYWATER, Keiki, or similar) - this is a hard requirement, not past experience alone.
• Strong, personal, hands-on experience writing advertising scripts - not through a team you manage.
• A demonstrated track record of tenure stability: 1.5+ years per role, ideally longer, showing sustained ownership rather than frequent job changes.
• Strong experience with B2C mobile subscription products and performance marketing.
• Proven experience creating direct-response advertising for consumer audiences.
• Ability to combine creative strategy, copywriting, consumer psychology, emotion, and persuasion principles.
• Experience using performance data to develop and improve creative concepts.
• A portfolio of ads showing your personal contribution, especially scripts you wrote yourself.
• Professional working English.
• Nice to Have
• Direct experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and creative testing frameworks.
• Experience across more than one Genesis ecosystem company.
• Familiarity with UGC production and briefing external creators.
• Comfort working directly with founders in a small, flat, execution-focused team.

Working Environment

Remote, Eastern Europe preferred.

Start by 9 am local time, 8 focused hours per day.

Direct reporting to the founders (no management layer).

B2B contract, full-time.

Bonus structure tied to performance - target is to at least double base salary through results-based bonuses.
