Role Summary:

Conceptualize and execute creative assets across marketing campaigns, social media, email, digital ads, and in-store materials.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity.

Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive visual expression across all channels.

Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Stay on top of design trends, technologies, and tools that can elevate brand storytelling.

Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines.

Experiment with and incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance creative ideation, design efficiency, and innovation.

Minimum qualifications:

5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing, advertising, or brand-focused environments.
Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, campaign, and digital work.
Excellent visual, conceptual, and typographic design skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
A curiosity-driven mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new creative technologies — including AI design tools.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in fintech, hospitality, or consumer‑facing tech startups.
Familiarity with web or UX/UI design principles.
