This role provides strategic leadership for resident engagement, lifestyle programming, transportation, family and community connection, and other key elements of the resident journey. The Vice President establishes enterprise standards and scalable approaches that recognize each resident’s individual interests, abilities, preferences, routines, relationships, and goals.
