Your role at Clorox:
Supports the Customer Sales Planning team by delivering customer reporting, budget management, forecasting support, and cross-functional coordination. Provides analytical insights and operational leadership that enables accurate planning, informed business decisions, and successful customer execution across Clorox Professional customers while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
In this role, you will:
Customer Reporting, Data Analysis & Planning Support
Develop and maintain recurring customer reports and scorecards.
Analyze customer performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and prepare data for business and customer updates.
Budget Management
Own customer budget forecasting and monthly budget tracking and reconciliation.
Assist with distributor program coordination and budget reconciliation.
Customer Targets
Lead annual and quarterly customer target-setting processes.
Analyze performance versus targets and identify opportunities to improve results.
Maintain target tracking tools and communicate progress to business partners.
Healthcare GPO & IDN Planning Support
Support strategic planning activities for GPO and IDN customers.
Serve as a key owner in the RFI/RFP process.
CCP Process Facilitation
Lead customer planning processes, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop meeting materials, templates, and pre-read documents.
S&OP Support
Provide customer forecasts and business context into the S&OP process.
Proactively communicate customer demand changes, risks, and opportunities.
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales planning, business analytics, finance, supply chain, customer planning, forecasting or demand planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Highly preferred experience with Power BI or a similar reporting tool
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Comfortable learning new systems and business processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing business needs and multiple projects independently
Ability to influence cross-functional partners through data-driven recommendations
Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $90,900 - $170,100
–Zone B: $83,400 - $155,900
–Zone C: $75,800 - $141,700

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
