The Leave Management Analyst supports the administration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the organization's leave and absence management programs. This role serves as the primary resource for leave-related data analysis, reporting, auditing, and process administration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of leave information. Critical for Success is the ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preference to HR, 1-3 years of HR experience
Strong communication skills. Must present a professional, positive image at all times
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP, Advanced formulas and functions, Data validation techniques, Data reconciliation, Dashboard and report creation, Trend and variance analysis
