Role Overview

We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.

• ● Target ticket size per customer: ₹5–10 lakhs
• ● Expected to bring strong personal client networks
• ● Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship
• ● Performance-driven role with high growth & incentive potential

Key Responsibilities

• ● Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
• ● Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs.
• ● Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
• ● Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
• ● Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
• ● Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
• ● Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
• ● Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.
• Candidate Profile
• ● Minimum 5 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
• ● Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.
• ● Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.
• ● Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.
• ● High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.
• ● Graduate / MBA preferred.
• ● Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).
• ● Proven direct sales to retail customers
• ● Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
• ● Fluency in English + local language.

• ● FD Volume (₹) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals
• ● Bond Volume (₹) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals
• ● Mutual Fund Volume (₹) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention
• ● Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate
