Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Leadership Studies, or a related field.
Experience supervising student employees, peer educators, or student leadership teams.
Knowledge of student organization policies, student conduct processes, and risk management practices in a university environment.
Experience using leadership competency frameworks, student learning outcomes, or co-curricular assessment methods.
