Northmarq is seeking an experienced
Investment Sales Analyst to support our Multifamily Investment Sales team in our Nashville office. The ideal candidate must have commercial real estate experience, including a strong background in financial analysis and underwriting. This individual will work directly with senior brokers to evaluate multifamily investment opportunities, including both existing assets and ground up development projects, by analyzing property financials, market data, and other relevant information.
