As a Process Manager, Operations
, you will be at the heart of optimizing and scaling this operational model across Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll sit right between business operations and product development, turning operational challenges into structured, high-performing processes and scalable technical solutions.
This is an analytical, highly hands-on role. You won’t just produce theoretical diagrams — you will spend time on the floor, analyze workflow data, design detailed process specifications for software developers, and ensure seamless rollouts across our multi-country fulfillment network.
