Marketing Manager to help fuel our multi-market expansion. Operating at the high-impact intersection of local strategy, data analytics, and campaign deployment, you will translate corporate vision into highly trackable, regional marketing momentum. Working directly with the Senior Director of Marketing, you will serve as the core analytical engine measuring performance across digital, traditional, and face-to-face (F2F) lead channels while acting as a vital partner to our Home Base marketing teams.
This position is a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor role perfect for an agile marketer who thrives on data optimization and campaign delivery.
Essential Functions:
Perform ongoing performance tracking across all lead sources — including digital, traditional media, and face-to-face (F2F) channels — monitoring campaign KPIs
Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting at the market, product, and source level, tracking performance against established goals
Partner with business leaders to monitor tracking accuracy to ensure lead attribution is correct and consistent; call scripting and campaign timing; and utilize data to analyze performance
