Position Overview
Seeking an experienced structural steel fabrication leader to oversee daily production across two nearby facilities and multiple shifts. This position provides hands-on leadership to shop supervisors while maintaining focus on safety, quality, production efficiency, equipment, staffing, and delivery schedules.
The ideal candidate has extensive structural steel experience and a strong understanding of AISC and AWS standards
, coating requirements, fabrication processes, and industrial safety practices.
Key Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day fabrication activities across two facilities.
Lead production supervisors and coordinate work across multiple shifts.
Oversee safety, quality, productivity, equipment, facility maintenance, and production schedules.
